ChatGPT usage for Effective Presentation Design

Effective Presentation Design with ChatGPT

Imagine ordering an AI to create an entire PowerPoint presentation slide for you. Microsoft’s work on AI Future presentation began today, and they impressed all the people with what the Redmond-based technology company has planned for the future of Microsoft 365.

As seen by the debut of Microsoft’s AI-powered Bing, the business is working hard to bring ChatGPT-flavored products to the people and this AI conference confirmed Microsoft’s AI-driven goals (h/t DigitalTrends).

Microsoft is thinking about including Copilot in the Microsoft 365 applications. Many developers now use GitHub Copilot, which is a service from OpenAI – the mastermind firm behind ChatGPT. They take help from ChatGPT to generate code.
Microsoft is going to use Copilot’s intelligence in Microsoft 365 products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and others, allowing users to give good performance. As a result, in the future, we will be able to simply speak our thoughts to Copilot, and it will translate our simple hints into an in-depth presentation. Copilot can help us reduce lengthy presentations into a one-slide.

There are some scenarios given below that show us how Copilot will power Microsoft 365 applications:

Microsoft Word – Use the integrated Copilot tool to eliminate “writer’s block” by creating draughts for you. We could ask Copilot which tone to adopt professional or casual? to best connect with our target audience.

Excel – Have a big Excel spreadsheet of data? Request that Copilot provides us with an easy-to-understand data summary. Based on the facts we supply, it can even propose “What if?” scenarios.

Outlook – Did you take a week off? Request that Copilot provides us with an overview of all the emails we ignored while we were away. In addition, Copilot can draft invitations, responses, and other correspondence on our behalf.
Teams – Using Copilot, we may construct schedules for meetings. If we are unable to attend a meeting, Copilot can summarise the points made.

Since Microsoft revealed that it was investing in OpenAI in January, the AI business has made a series of unexpected actions that have shaken the tech sector.
