McLaren is coming up with a new Formula E car at the London E-Prixs race. For the first time, they have used Artificial intelligence in creating car designs. NEOM sponsored this design and worked with university graduates of Saudi Arabia to come up with this new design. This special design is part of McLaren’s 60th-anniversary celebration.
It is made with the help of AI that turns text into images. Different ideas are used by the team to make unique images. This special car will be run by two special drivers known as Jake Hughes and Rene Rast.
NEOM and McLaren worked together to create a special design for a car. Their imagination comes into reality with the help of different AI tools. They use AI tools to read their ideas and ask questions to bring clarity to their ideas, then they use another AI tool that has convert their text into images.
In the end, they combines all the images to make a super car design with the help of AI, and they finally got their expected car design. Zak Brown, the CEO of McLaren Racing says that they are happy to work with NEOM, who made the first AI design for their car to be used in Motorsports. McLaren is famous for being innovative in motorsport and other spaces, as they are always looking for new opportunities to excel.
Jake Hughes Driving Formula E Car
Jake Hughes, the driver of the McLaren E formula car, faced hard times in Rome so he decided to go back to his home country London to participate in other races. He will participate in Hankook E-Prix races to set more records in driving fast cars. Recently he made a new record in driving a fast indoor vehicle, using a special version of the Gen3 Formula E car.
This car contains special upgrade parts such as powerful batteries and soft tires that are made in HonKook. Upgrades used in the Formula E car have made it better and more stylish and Jake’s achievement also plays a big role in driving this new car in the upcoming race in London.
Even he set a new record during his practice run which was 214.8 km/h. He even breaks his record of driving fast cars. It was seen that Lucas di Grassi from Mahindra tried to beat his score but before that, he already set a new record by driving a fast Formula E car.
AI created the best electric Formula E car that is going to become the champion for the year. It is believed that, if Jake Dennis wins while driving this car then he will become the first British world champion in the electric car series. On the other side if Nick Cassidy from Envision Racing wins, then he will become the best first New Zealand champion, It’s going to be an exciting event in London.
Using AI in cars offers several benefits that improves car internal and external design. It has created fast cars, which means they can perform better during races. NEOM and McLaren face a crucial role in developing the fast AI car in history.
By analyzing the data, AI can identify the best moments of opponents to increase the chance of winning the race. Identifying the patterns of opponents help drivers win in all matches. As technology is evolving, autonomous drivers will come in the future that will run the Formula E cars. AI will allow cars to race without drivers in international stadiums.
